- Once a property is turned over to us, it becomes “hands-free” for our owners. Tenants come to Miller Long Term Rentals for our extensive marketing program (Internet, Zillow, print advertising) and referrals from our network of realtors and satisfied clients. Credit and background checks are done for all prospective tenants and rental and employment history are thoroughly assessed. This due diligence process means that we find highly qualified tenants for our owners’ homes, resulting in almost no evictions.
- There are no charges until we place tenants in your home. There are no add-on charges – no surcharges of vendor invoices and no marketing fees as you may find with other companies. Our fee is a flat % of monthly rent, and includes marketing and all ongoing services. In addition to move-in and move-out inspections, our property managers conduct interim inspections to assure that your investment is cared for and maintained.
- When a new property comes on to our program, we work with owners to ensure the property is professionally cleaned, the landscaping is up to standard and ongoing services (i.e. HVAC contracts) are in place. We require that tenants meet the same standard at move out, meaning that homes are rental ready, attracting new tenants quickly and at the best rental price.
